These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Fika Insurance Group, LLC and Insuracube Technologies, LLC (together, “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), covering your use of this website and the services offered through it.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.

3. What we are — and are not

Fika Insurance Group, LLC is an independent insurance agency. We help you compare and enroll in products offered by third-party carriers. We are not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite policies, set premiums, or decide claims. Coverage is governed entirely by the policy the carrier issues to you.

4. Using this site

Use the site lawfully and in line with applicable regulations. Don’t use it to attempt fraud, to disrupt or probe the service, or to submit someone else’s personal information without their permission.

This website has no user accounts and takes no payments. You never need to create a login here, and we will never ask you to send payment card details through this site. Insurance premiums are paid directly to your carrier.

5. Quotes and applications

Any quote, figure, or plan comparison presented here is an estimate based on the information available and does not bind us or any carrier. Final premiums, coverage, and eligibility are determined by the carrier under its own underwriting rules, and every application is subject to carrier review and approval.

6. No guarantee of coverage

We work to find options that fit, but we can’t guarantee approval or that any policy will meet your needs. The decision to issue a policy rests solely with the carrier.

7. Contacting you

When you give us your contact details you’re asking us to get in touch about insurance — by phone, email, or text, including at a wireless number if you provide one. Message and data rates may apply. Consent isn’t a condition of buying anything, and you can opt out at any time by telling the person you’re speaking with, replying STOP to a text, or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

8. Third-party services and Google

This site embeds third-party services, including Google Maps and Microsoft Bookings, and displays business reviews retrieved from Google. Your use of those features is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information supplied by third parties (including carriers) is accurate. See our Disclaimers for product-specific notices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.

12. Suspension

We may limit or suspend access to the site for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action arising under them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the new version takes effect when posted here, and the “last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised Terms.
