Kara Johnson grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina and has worked in insurance full-time since 1997. As Vice President of Fika Insurance Group, she brings nearly three decades of Life, Health, and Medicare expertise to the agency, and a reputation as the kind of advisor people call back year after year.
Her approach is hands-on. Whether she’s walking someone through Medicare options for the first time or helping a family size a life insurance policy, the goal is the same: make a complicated process feel manageable, and make sure the person on the other side of the desk actually understands what they’re choosing.
That care shows up outside the office too — Kara is a devoted mother to her four children, a family she and Chris Johnson, Fika’s founder, built together after marrying in 2011. The dependability she brings home is the same thing clients get from her professionally.
